• Standard shipping will be delivered in 2-3 working days upon order confirmation.
• Same day & next day shipping is available for Bali area only. You can also order by Grab for same-day delivery.

You can purchase our products online via WhatsApp, Tokopedia, or Grab Food, or simply visit our store at Dewi Sri or Ngurah Rai Domestic Airport.

• Yes, we can ship outside Bali, but within the country only. We use Paxel as our courier and we assure you that our packaging is safe & secure. We use dry iced so that the chocolate will stay in its original form.

At this time, you can only ship to one address per order. However, you may create more than one order to deliver to different addresses.

Care & Storage

Heavenly Chocolate Bali will maintain freshness after opening if stored at temperatures that do not exceed 18°C, and avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. For freshness of unopened products, customers shall refer to the storage condition and expiry date labeled on the product.

To store chocolate for up to one month, place the package in the fridge. To store chocolate for up to two months, place the package in the freezer.
Allergy Information

ALL of our chocolate may contain dairy or milk products. Any person with a dairy allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.

Only our Hazelnut Gianduja contains dairy, peanuts/tree nuts. Any person with a nut allergy should NOT consume this particular flavor.

Unfortunately no. Our chocolate contains dairy products.

Our Baileys & Rum chocolate contains alcohol. Any person with an alcohol allergy should NOT consume ANY of this particular flavor.

To ensure the quality of the products, we have Square Box for each flavor.
If you want to mix up to two flavors, we have Long Box to accommodate that.
